Fall & Winter Booking Tips!

Keep these things in mind when booking your photography appointments with SZM during the fall & winter months!

1. The absolute BEST time for exterior photos is when the sun is directly above the home. Tree coverage, nearby buildings and the home's particular architecture are all things we keep in mind when shooting the exterior of a home. The best time to shoot? When all those things don't matter & the sun is directly above the home!

2. Our media specialists tell us that the optimum shooting hours (while they may vary as we get deeper into winter time) are from about 10 AM to 3 PM! Keep this in mind when booking your photography & videography appointments.

3. That’s right you heard us. WEATHER DOESN’T MATTER! You would be shocked at the kind of weather we are still able to shoot through. Our media specialists come fully equipped with winter and storm gear to get your listings shot. WE will let you know if the weather is too severe for shooting. But as long as it's safe conditions…we’ll shoot! So book that appointment!
