Meet in person
We sit down together to review our terms, our shoot standards and expectations, and reach a mutual agreement. Training begins from there — training is unpaid, and payment starts per shoot once you're approved.

Shoot and get paid
Accept the shoots that fit your week and upload your files. We handle editing, delivery, invoicing and follow-ups — you're paid per shoot.
